New Construction & Custom Homes

Custom-home and new-construction work is a different beast — system sizing matters more, ductwork has to be designed before drywall goes up, and there's only one chance to get it right. Ricky works directly with general contractors and homeowners on custom builds across Southern Utah. Full system design, ductwork layout, air handler placement, condenser pad pours, thermostat wiring, and final commissioning.

Attic Insulation & Ductwork

Ricky's attic insulation top-ups and duct-sealing service is genuinely the cheapest comfort upgrade you can make — you keep the existing AC and furnace, and they suddenly cool and heat 25% better. Service & Maintenance

Most HVAC failures aren't random — they're a small thing that grew because nobody looked at it. Ricky's annual service + maintenance includes a real 21-point system check (you get the readings), air purifier installs (Andy Willis's house "smells clean like just after a good rain"), compressor blankets to extend equipment life in the Utah sun, and filter swaps. Membership plan available.
